Community Champions – Kilburn.. New Opportunities!
The Community Champions programme aims to create dynamic community engagement project, bringing people together to build strong communities and local services.
We aim to build the capacity of local estates, neighbourhoods and individuals to work together with local providers and commissioners so that services are better designed to meet local health and social care needs.
We want to work with you to develop effective solutions for Kilburn, by helping residents and communities gain the tools and resources to identify local issues and problems and to come up with their own solutions.
