Mafuz Choudhary

Mahfuz was introduced to the ARC by his friends in 2009.  He was and still is a quiet young man who is always deep in thought.  When he does speak he always has something good to say, his opinions are always valued as he is held in high regard with the other young people.

Mahfuz loves making music beats and writing lyrics, so when the opportunity came about to help raise funds for the ARC Music Studio he was very happy to get involved and as a result SHAK successfully secured funding to employ a music tutor as well as an assistant music tutor.

Marfuz has had One to One sessions with ARC Youth Workers who discuss and help him to make the right choices on issues which he believes have an influence on his life. i.e drugs and gangs.

Mahfuz enjoys attending outdoor activities like ‘Go-Karting’ where it has taught him not only to drive but how to follow instructions for his and others Health and Safety. He is also one of the best pool players at the ARC.
